When the words "military" and "rolling in the deep" come to mind, I don't think of Adele. I think of army men and women rolling in deep mud under barbed wire. But a new YouTube video that has over 220,000 views has transformed my thinking. An army band comprised of a female lead singer and a backing band of men on guitars and percussion (not to mention a rogue dancer or two) performed Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" well enough to land themselves a contract, in my opinion. Or at least a trophy in some military talent show. They're soooo good!
Awesome video after the jump.
We all know servicemen and women are extraordinarily capable people, but who knew they could sing too?
Take a moment to enjoy some underpaid army peeps show off their hidden talent. The vocalist is great, the guy shaking the little shaker thing is terrific, and the man who shows up to the right of the screen in a bright orange belt has some pretty sweet dance moves, too.
I'm glad these band mates found one another -- keep making music and keep kickin' ass. Thank you for your music, and for all you do!

what is she doing in the military! she needs to be on american idol asap!
Holy CRAP! That's awesome! Sounds fantastic and that girl can wail!
Air Force. Sounds wonderful!
By what I could see of their pants I think they are Air Force. All branches of the military have several bands and choirs whose sole purpose is to travel and entertain service members, dignitaries and local communities abroad. This is their profession and only duty in the military. I hate to post a wikipedia link but it had the most information.
