Love her or hate her, we can all agree that Gwyneth Paltrow has been bordering on overexposed for the past few months. From the big screen (Country Strong) to the little screen (Glee) and even on bookshelves, there's only so much GOOP one can take! But now we might get relief from Gwynnie overkill! The self-important actress shared with Glamour that she most likely will NOT be reprising her role on the next season of Glee as Holly Holliday.
GASP! Kinda crazy news, huh? Especially coming right after the announcement that Chord Overstreet won't be back as Trouty Mouth, I mean, Sam Evans. Why don't they just axe the whole cast while they're at it?! (Oh wait, that's going to happen after the original gang graduates anyway.)
Paltrow explained her reasoning to Glamour, "No, I don't think so. I don't think I should [return to Glee]. Though it's honestly been one of the best jobs I've ever had."
Well, that's kind of silly! If it's one of the best jobs she's ever had, why is she letting it go? Meh. Say what you want about Gwynnie's big mouth and judgmental 'tude, but I really dig Holly as a character and will personally be a bit peeved if she really plans to never return to McKinley High.
Do you want to see Gwyneth return to Glee?
