'Khloe & Lamar' Recap: Fightin' Friends

Khloe KardashianIt was all about friendship on this week's episode of Khloe & Lamar as both of the newlyweds faced friendship friction. Jealousy was the name of the game as tears were shed, elbows were thrown, and drama ensued.

First up was Khloe's blowup with her best friend and personal assistant, Malika. How anyone could think that situation would NOT end up with problems is beyond me, and this week we saw just how it did. Malika was tired of being in Khloe's shadow and actually having to work instead of just going off to do auditions and further her own career. She continued to work herself up about the situation until she decided she needed a break from Khloe altogether.

"My whole life is you. I need to figure out me," Malika tearfully told her in what I'm convinced was an audition of sorts for any producers who might be watching. I'm pretty sure it will end up in her demo reel depicting her dramatic abilities.

Because it's a Kardashian show, they, of course, ended up making up and moving on in the end. Malika realized it wasn't Khloe but herself that's holding her back, and the world was bright again. Wonder how many gigs she'll get after this episode?

The drama wasn't just for the girls, however. Lamar and his boys were embroiled in their own catty drama. Rob Kardashian and Jamie were fighting for Lamar's attention like a couple of lovesick school girls.

Jamie thinks Rob is sheltered and doesn't get the man code since he grew up surrounded by women and not in Queens. Rob thinks Jamie is a loser, and I can't say I disagree. Actually, he and Rob seem to have a lot in common when it comes to not doing much and living off of others.

After some cheese on Rob's floor (for a being a rat) and some rough basketball, they finally came together over a game of pool and called a truce. Jamie even offered to let Rob bring chicks back to his loft since Khloe won't let random "whores" come to her place. Awwww ... if that doesn't say friendship, I don't know what does. The fact that no one broke out singing "Wind Beneath My Wings" was the biggest surprise of the night.

Do you think Malika should work for Khloe? What do you think of Jamie?
