'Kourtney & Kim Take New York' Recap: Kim Has Bad Gaydar

Kourtney & Kim Take New YorkI can't even comment on the opening scene of this week's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York in which Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian discussed his genitalia and how it all fits in his pants. So unnecessary. Really. But that was quickly overshadowed by Kim Kardashian and her major gaydar gaffe.

It seems KK never learned that lesson about what happens when you assume -- it makes an ass out of you and me. Well, she and her ample ass learned it last night and then some when she wrongly assumed her new friend, Marco, was gay.

It started when she met him on a friend's recommendation to discuss his brand consulting services. He complimented her Louboutin shoes and Hermes bracelet, and that was enough for her to decide he was gay. It was pretty obvious he wasn't, but we're talking about Kim Kardashian, and hey, it made for a good plot (or at least a plot), so there's always that.

Kourtney confirmed with their friend Simon that Marco wasn't gay. "Just because he's not walking around with a football does not mean the man is a huge gaylord," he told her. But they decided to keep that from Kim and watch the hilarity ensue, never mind Marco in the middle.

Kim decided while she didn't need Marco's services, she did want to go shopping with him, even inviting him into the dressing room with her to help her get dressed.

Most gay guys have a good fashion sense, but Marco's is like on another level. Gay guys are so much fun to go shopping with.

Poor Marco thought he had game, but when Kim asked him out on a date, she brought another man -- a man with whom to woo Marco. Much embarrassment and humiliation ensued.

The best part of the show, however, was when Kourtney rubbed urine on Scott's face. They battled over his hoarder-like ways and disgusting habits like smoking and keeping old apples in his nightstand. Along the way he left up the toilet seat, she fell in, got pissed (no pun intended), and wiped it on him. It still didn't wipe that annoying smirk off his face, but it was a moment.

Did you think Marco was gay? Do you think Kim really did?
