The Oscars are the second most gambled upon non-sporting event in the United States (the first is the presidential election). If you're really serious about it, you can check out the odds of your favorite actor or movie winning an award.

But if you're like me, and odds are just like gobbledygook to you, there are other ways to ensure that all your bets are going to pay off: Go to the experts. There are movie critics, comedians, ex-con boxers, Sesame Street characters, and even a cross-eyed opossum who have predicted who'll be taking home a golden statuette tomorrow night.
