Oh to be a star with enough money to pick and choose the nose, boobs, stomach, and any other body part you want. The rest of us can only wish to be chiseled, lifted, and fat sucked to perfection on a whim. Oh what a dream ... until it becomes a nightmare.
The quick-fix route isn't without perils, especially when it's traveled too frequently, and some celebs serve as good reminders of this. There's something to be said for subtlety, but it isn't said enough when it comes to plastic surgery.
Here are six celebrities whose plastic surgery efforts have gone wrong ... very wrong.
Pamela Anderson
Not content to let her Baywatch days of glory fade, Anderson is bent on bigger and better ... except when it comes to clothing. With regards to her face and body, however, she just doesn't seem to get the whole less-is-more thing.
Donatella Versace
The lips, the nose, the eyes, and who knows what else leaves the designer looking less than fashionable. Let's hope her look doesn't start a trend.
Jocelyn Wildenstein
Known as "Catwoman" and "Bride of Wildenstein," the socialite is said to have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on plastic surgery over the years. It's too bad she can't get a refund.
Heidi Montag
The latter part of Speidi could be the poster child for Plastic Surgery Anonymous. She has had work done on everything from her ears to her ass. She looks like a real-life Barbie ... only one with whom no one would ever choose to play.
LaToya Jackson
Though plastic surgery seems to be a family pastime, it's definitely past time for her stop with the work. It's just not working for her.
Janice Dickinson
She does get points for her owning her plastic surgery, but that's about it. She's been said to be addicted to the surgeon's knife. Whether she is or isn't, she should make a clean cut from it all.

Lisa Rinna, yucky lips from old botched surgery. Priscilla Presely looks comatose with her bad, botched surgey. The worst is the cat lady, how fugly can you get? All because her hubby wnats her to look like his persian cat, nasty......as nasty can get..
Donatella Versace freaks me out - she's so homely, and almost looks non-human - but honestly, it's not all the fault of plastic surgery - she NEVER had an attractive face - evidently there's some stuff even surgery can't fix.
And the cat lady? Eeeek.
