Boy, what's more thrilling than seeing leaked genital photos of a celebrity? Leaked video of a celebrity acting like a dumbass while tripping balls, that's what.
In a video that's naturally being widely circulated on the Internet today, Miley Cyrus is filmed taking a massive bong hit, then giggling like, well, anyone you've ever seen taking a massive bong hit. The footage was reportedly captured during a party at Miley's L.A. home 5 days after her 18th birthday.
"I'm having a little bit of a bad trip," Cyrus titters after exhaling. She then starts shouting at someone off camera, "Is that Liam [Hemsworth]'s lookalike, or what the hell is that? Is that my boyfriend?"
The rest of the video is mostly giggling and rambling about who the hell knows what.
According to TMZ the bong was filled with salvia, a psychoactive (though in most U.S. states, legal) herb. Salvia effects are known to include:
• Uncontrollable laughter
• Past memories, such as revisiting places from childhood memory
• Sensations of motion, or being pulled or twisted by forces
• Merging with or becoming objects
• Overlapping realities, such as the perception of being in several locations at once
• Making damnfool decisions like letting your buddy film you getting high when you're a multibillion-dollar young Disney star
"You're gonna shit a brick when you see this," Miley's friend says while filming. Hmmmmmm. Makes you wonder just how TMZ got their paparazzi-grip on the footage and whose palms got crossed with gold, you know?
What's left to say about Miley Cyrus at this point? As long as salvia's legal, she can torch it up as much as she likes, really. I guess I'm just glad she has her clothes on.

meh, its just salvia I don't see what the problem is. She's an adult now let her do what she wants.
Just one more shovel of dirt.....digging her own grave....in the name of what?...Proclaiming her freedom? Hopefully she gets a grip on reality AND responsibility, : if not for herself , for the millions of people who look up (or better yet LOOKED UP to her....She seriously needs help and I predict in time will be very SORRY of the choices she has made....in public...for all to see.....May someone intervene to try to knock some sense into her.....

I agree actually that it's just salvia, not crack or anything. Salvia is just an herb, actually a type of mint I think, like that that grows in the yard. The only thing I see wrong here is that she's a role model for kids and she should be more responsible with what she does - not a good example to set for the kiddos. But she shouldn't necessarily be condemned because it was salvia. If it was alcohol no one would give a damn. Both are legal, what's the big deal? Drawing arbitrary lines with what's acceptable for adults to do recreationally always baffles me...
Nutmeg is next. Did you know you could a) smoke nutmeg and b) get high off smoking nutmeg? Wow.

salvia isn't a new thing. it's been around for thousands of years; used by shamans in religious rituals. some kids didn't just go in the spice cabinet and start smoking stuff. it's become a trend lately because it's legal.
Oh, I know it has. I wasn't being facetious about the nutmeg. I really did read an article about people getting high off it. Craziness!
