Amber and Gary of Teen Mom are back together despite their ongoing verbal and physical fighting, particularly the fight in last week's episode that led Gary to leave and sparked an Indiana CPS investigation.
We just learned the news of the couple's reunion ourselves via RadarOnline.com. They have exclusive photos of Amber, Gary, and daughter Leah having a happy family outing the same day the episode with their explosive fight aired on MTV.
The witness who saw the currently on-again couple at The Wilderness at the Smokies water park in Sevierville, Tennessee, told RadarOnline.com: "I thought it was strange because here Amber was with the same guy she had gotten into an argument with and had hit and kicked too."
In last week's episode, after Gary accuses Amber of being a bad mom and threatens to report her to Child Protective Services, Amber slaps and punches him at least seven times.
Anderson Public Information Officer Mitch Carroll told RadarOnline.com: "We were made aware of the domestic abuse following the episode that aired on MTV. Based on that, there was a case drafted and a detective was assigned. The Department of Child Protective Services in Indiana notified us that they had been aware of the incident as well."
In an interview after the show aired, Gary said, "It's really hard for me to watch, seeing how bad that it does hurt [Amber to watch]."
Amber doesn't need any "poor Amber," Gary. How about giving yourself some "poor Gary." This is precisely the harmful type of thinking that's keeping you in this abusive spiral, Gary.
MTV, get these young people to counseling already.
What do you think about this news that the couple is back together? Can they build a healthy relationship after all?
