Watching the most recent trailer for part 1 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, I can't help but feel a twinge of sadness.
It's not that I'm disappointed in what I saw. Trust me, I'm even more excited to see the film, if that's even possible.
But this is the beginning of the end. The beginning of having to say goodbye to our favorite wizarding trio. For over a decade, the magical world has entertained us with Harry's adventures, whether through book or film. It's going to be hard to let go.
Okay, let's talk about something happy, like how friggin awesome this movie looks!!!!!
"These are dark times there is no denying," grumbles the new Minister of Magic Rufus Scrimgeour. Yes, they are. With Voldemort He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named having taken over Hogwarts and infiltrated the Ministry of Magic, the world is a dismal place to live in. And it all comes down to Harry vs. Voldemort. After all, one cannot live while the other survives.
The film is set to hit theaters on November 19. Gah, as much as I love Halloween, this makes me almost wish we could just hurry through October!
What did you think of the trailer? Does it make you even more excited to see the film?
