Britney Spears is being sued by her former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, for sexual harassment.
He says she did everything from making unwanted sexual advances toward him to having sex in front of him.
"She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress," his lawsuit states. "She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it, and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]." The lawsuit goes on, "The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust."
So can the world sue her (and plenty of other celebrities) for sexual harassment too? Lord knows we've seen plenty of crotch shots.
And while it may be inappropriate, what kind of a guy is really going to complain about a woman having sex in front of him. Really?
It sounds to me like Flores is a guy looking to make a buck off funds from the lawsuit, a book he'll surely pen, or both. And he's casting a wide net with his allegations -- also throwing in things about Brit's children.
He alleges that she yelled at her kids, whipped them with a belt, and fed them crab meat even though they are allergic to fish.
All awful if true, but seeing as how the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services found the accusations false, they likely are made up. Even K-Fed has called bunk on the lawsuit.
I'm not saying Spears is a saint -- she's had plenty of problems in the past from parenting problems to general sluttiness. But she's doing better now, even reaching out to help other troubled stars like Mel Gibson.
She seems to be in a good place and doesn't need to be dragged down by some money-hungry disgruntled employee. Leave Britney alone!
Do you think the lawsuit against Britney Spears has any merit?

OMG...that dude is stupid. This should be thrown out!
lol. People are dumb. If he had that much of a problem with her then why didn't he just quit. I call attention seeker on him! And 'she yelled at her children' really? what parent doesn't yell at their children?!! I know I'm guilty of that lol!!
I think you should take a long hard look at your opinions before you pass judgement on this guy. If it had been a FEMALE employee who had been repeatedly hit on by her boss, 'accidentally' been flashed his genitals, then had to sit through her boss having sex IN FRONT OF HER....you would be singing a different tune.
Nice double standard. It doesnt matter if the bodyguard was a guy, unwelcome sexual advances and harassment should NOT be what someone has to go to work and deal with.
ok, hold on.. (blue text are linkies)
"Flores also sued his former employer, Advanced Security Concepts Corp. A woman who answered the company's phone Wednesday declined to comment and refused to be identified."
"The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without further action."
i think he is doing it for the money.
now this isn't the 1st time a body guard has sued here. there was Kerry M. Vine sued her for $25,000 claiming her negligence caused him personal injury on the job. Last time I checked when you chose to me a body guard you are placing yourself in harms way. And he worked for there for 3 days.
