Poor Snooki. A New Jersey prosecutor slapped a third charge on the Jersey Shore star yesterday stemming from a beach incident in July. In addition to the already existing charges of disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance, prosecutor Kim Pascarella accused the pint-sized housemate of annoying people and plans to take it to court. Yup. That's right. Annoying people.
You know what? I'm with Pascarella. While not technically a law on the books, the crime of annoying people should be punishable in some fashion. In fact, there are multitudes of sins committed every day that, while offenders shouldn't exactly be made to do time, they should be required to atone in some way, shape, or form.
Here are a few more crimes ... well, not exactly crimes against humanity ... but wrong nonetheless:
Teresa Giudice of Real Housewives of New Jersey should be charged with Greed: Hey, we've all bought that bag that maybe we couldn't exactly afford. But a $1.8 million house? When you only pull in $80,000 a year? And now she's blaming Bravo and her fame for her overspending. Sheesh.
A charge Oversharing should be issued to Kim Kardashian: No, Kim, I don't care about your hair, body, or your grooming habits. If I did, I would have gotten hold of your sex tape or bought a copy of Playboy. It's all out there. We don't need any more details.
And finally, a summons for Bad Taste should be issued to Jane Fonda: A 72-year-old woman should never wear a dog collar. Ever. Case closed.
What not-exactly-illegal crimes do you think should be deemed punishable?
