sara gilbertIf there's one person in Hollywood who deserves to host their own talk show, it's Sara Gilbert: No one does droll, sarcastic, and witty quite like she does, and her character, Darlene, always cracked me up on Roseanne. Which is exactly why I think her new daily mommy talk show will be a huge hit!

Did you even know Gilbert was a mom? She most certainly is -- to a son, Levi Hank (5), and daughter, Sawyer (2) -- with longtime partner Allison Alder.

On the show -- which will replace CBS' daytime soap As the World Turns -- the 35-year-old mom will co-host with other women, addressing current issues from a mother's point of view. It sounds sort of like The View -- except it won't be awful.

Other co-hosts include: Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, Holly Robinson Peete, Leah Remini, and Marissa Jaret Winokur. Gilbert will also executive produce the show, which is slated to begin this fall.

Celebrity moms like Nicole Richie, Demi Moore, and Ricki Lake have all taken to Twitter to congratulate Gilbert on her new job. I hope that's a sign that fabulous celebrity moms will be stopping by the new show. If it is, you can bet I'll be tuning in!
