Drugs? Nope. Violence? Nah.
Rapper Ice-T, who shouts off lyrics such as "Cruisin' for a bruisin', I'm talkin' no crap. Pipe bomb in my trunk, got a nine in my lap" was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Well, that's anti-climactic.
Yes, the hip-hop pioneer, who also stars in Law & Order: SVU, was cruising around New York City earlier today and was pulled over for not wearing a seat belt. When the cops learned that his license was suspended, they took him to the nearby precinct where he was later released.
Afterwards, he tweeted, "Some punk b**** rookie cop [we retracted the name and badge number] made the arrest of his bullsh** career today. Arresting the Notorious Ice T for no seatbelt."
Yikes. Sounds like he has the inspiration for another one of his awful "Cop Killer" raps.
Think Ice-T is making a bigger deal about this than necessary or do you agree with the rapper that he should not have been arrested in the first place?
