Paris Hilton, International Pothead?

by Julie Ryan Evans on July 17, 2010 at 12:04 PM

Paris HiltonParis Hilton has been busted again for pot possession Friday -- the second time this month.

During another of her international jaunts, she was detained yesterday in Corsica when authorities found the substance in her purse. It was apparently less than an ounce and she was released without any charges being filed.

Earlier this month, during the World Cup in South Africa, the hotel heiress was also detained for having pot. She was released then with no charges filed as well.

Her rep defended her at the time.

"The incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was actually another person in the group who did it," the rep told People. "The case has been dropped against Paris and no charges will be made. The authorities have apologized for wrongfully accusing her since she had nothing to do with the incident."

No statement yet from her rep on this latest charge, but two misunderstanding wouldn't be very understandable, now would they? Perhaps Paris can enter Lindsay Lohan's rehab center when she opens it.

Paris took to Twitter to defend herself.

“So sick of people making up rumors about me," she tweeted. "The latest one about me is completely false too. Don't believe what you read. Silly nonsense.”

Are you surprised by Paris Hilton's pot possession?

not surprised at all. she's spoiled and thinks she can do whatevever she wants. Not having to pay the price for getting caught isn't going to help.

Next time I'm born I'm going to come back as a cocoa bean heir or better still a poppy seed plantation heir.
