And the Emmy Nominations Go to ...

EmmyThe 2010 Emmy nominations were announced this morning with Glee, The Pacific, and Mad Men getting numerous nods while the vampires from True Blood were largely ignored.

The Pacific pulled in 24 nominations, while Glee garnered 19 and Mad Men took 17.

Also announced was the host of the show, which will air August 29 -- Jimmy Fallon, who was not nominated.

For Outstanding Drama Series: Breaking Bad, Dexter, The Good Wife, Lost, Mad Men, and True Blood.

For Outstanding Variety, Music, or Comedy Series: The Colbert Report, The Daily Show With Jon Stewart, Real Time With Bill Maher, Saturday Night Live, and The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien.

For Outstanding Reality Show Competition: Project Runway, Top Chef, The Amazing Race, Dancing With the Stars, and American Idol.
