You would think playing the role of a teen mother would be a cinch for Bristol Palin, 19-year-old mom of 2-year-old Tripp and the world's most notable teen mom. But Palin's acting debut in an episode of the ABC Family show, "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," made me cringe for what I believe may be the worst acting I've ever seen.
Watch this sneak peek of Palin on "Secret Life" and you'll see I'm 100 percent right.
The episode, which airs July 5, will feature Palin playing herself and as a friend of Amy (Shailene Woodley) attending a music program for teen mothers.
I was actually embarrassed for Palin, who appeared stiff and unnatural and recited her lines just like kids who are asked to stand up to do a Bible reading during church. No. Emotion. What. So. Ever. And that script. ACK!!! "We are teen moms and musicians ... You're the world's greatest French horn player. And I'm Yo Yo Ma." Oh, vomit.
I'm really sorry to say this, but I think Palin's portrayal gives teen mothers everywhere a really bad name. Thanks to her, no one is going to want to be a teen mom anymore! I believe that every girl watching her horrendous acting will now want to be the exact opposite of Palin, and do everything in their power to abstain from sex completely until they grow up and finish their math homework. See what you've done, Bristol! See!

SHE WAS HORRIBLE! OMG! i hope thats the ony episode shes in...i hate to stop watching now.
I have a feeling that she didn't even GET the reference in her Yo-Yo Ma line.
SPOILER ALERT! As I'm sure you can catch from the clip, Amy doesn't know it's a music program just for teen moms. Really bad acting but I'm bummed that I now know a major plotline that's not going to be revealed for a couple of weeks.. =(
