Donning a fur coat (fake, to make his point) he calls the hype a "fake controversy the media is really talking about" and says Miley is really wearing panties in the photo in question.
"Do you think Miley is that stupid to be out in public without panties?" he asks. "Do you think I'm stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she's not wearing any underwear down there? No. Sure, I like to be controversial, but I don't want to go to jail."
He doesn't appear apologetic at all, and instead comes off as defensive and perhaps fearful that he will actually serve time.
Regardless if there were underwear or not, publishing those photos was sleazy, slimy, and, I hope, punishable by law. No offense, Perez.
As for others who criticize her clothing choices (or lack thereof), Miley isn't going to be tamed.
"I'm not trying to be 'slutty,'" the 17-year-old singer told the Associated Press. "I'm not trying to be like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys ... What I'm trying to do is to make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress."
So she's just accidentally slutty I guess?
She says she feels "more comfortable dressing with a little less."
Personally, I don't think Miley dresses any more or less "slutty" than most Hollywood celebs or other teenage girls I see walking around. It doesn't mean I like it or would want my daughter to follow slut suit, but I think people need to let Miley leave her Disney days behind her and be just as "slutty" as any other pop princess. Perez's pics will certainly help.
Finally, in Miley Cyrus news today, the singer showed off a new tattoo on the inside of her ear that reads "Love." Which is all you need, right Miley?
What do you think of Miley Cyrus being "slutty" and Perez Hilton's "apology"?
