Photo from abc.go.comThere were tears and jeers on tonight's episode of The Bachelorette as Ali Fedotowsky denied three more guys a rose, and they were sent home.
*SPOILER ALERT* Stop reading now if you don't want to know who her shocking choices were this week.
I actually like Ali (and her fashion choices) quite a bit, but I didn't understand her guy choices this week ... at all.
First, I physically cringed when she gave Jonathan, "The Weatherman," a rose. This is the whiny, wimpy guy who was physically shaking when he was supposed to kiss Ali during a shoot for the Barenaked Ladies video. He was so nervous he cried ... and not in an endearing way.
Later that night he ever-so-awkwardly asked for a "real" kiss, but they were mercifully interrupted before Ali had to answer.
A sympathy rose for The Weatherman? There's really no other explanation.
Then she actually gave one to Justin, the wrestler known as "Rated R," who all the guys love to hate. He decided to sneak away from the mansion and supposedly traveled several miles on his crutches to Ali's house for a surprise visit to prove his true intentions to her.
He neglected to let the other guys know of his little jaunt, but they found out when Ali mentioned it before the rose ceremony. After the guys confronted him about it, he was left in tears.
Oh, the boy drama was certainly in full swing. But Justin walked hobbled away with a rose.
Earlier, Hunter was sent home after one of the most awkward one-on-one dates ever, and then at the rose ceremony, Steve and John C. were sent home rose-less.
My former favorite, Frank, is still standing, but starting to crack, paranoid about every little interaction each guy has with Ali. Did he not know which show he was going on?
And while Ali and Kirk certainly displayed some real chemistry tonight rolling around in bed during the video, even after the director yelled, "Cut!" it's really Roberto all the way.
She seems smitten by him and his good looks (even questioning if she's pretty enough for him) and cultured ways, and things definitely heat up when they're together. Total team Roberto, here!
