It was cinema tunes and duets on American Idol this week, and like most of the rest of the season, Crystal Bowersox and Lee DeWyze stole the show -- this time together in a duet of "Falling Slowly."

Facing each other with acoustic guitars, it was a moving performance. The judges went wild for it. "You're like the new Captain & Tennille," Ellen quipped. Kara said it was one of her favorite moments of "the entire season." Simon called it "fantastic."

But while DeWyze's rendition of "Kiss From a Rose" didn't go over well with the judges, Bowersox blew them away with her version of "I'm Alright" (yep, the one from Caddyshack).

Mike Lynche seems to have given up on winning (as he probably should), saying he's hoping to get in the final three. His performance of "Will You Be There" (from the Free Willy movie) was mediocre and didn't do anything to up expectations that he'll get any further than third.

While I always like a good round of "Mrs. Robinson," Casey James just didn't deliver on the classic Simon and Garfunkel tune when he sang it. I'm betting tomorrow he'll get his walking papers.

Best line of the night came from Ellen after Lee and Mike's duet performance of "Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman": "As a matter of fact, I have loved a woman."

What did you think of last night's American Idol performances?
