In what has become a family tradition, Heidi Klum and singer Seal re-tied the knot to mark their fifth anniversary in a sunset ceremony -- witnessed by some 80 guests -- on a beach in Costa Careyes. Meanwhile, back in Beverly Hills in a sandbox ceremony at a private home, Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott renewed their vows -- the pair wed four years ago in Fiji -- in front of close friends and family, including kids Liam, 3, and Stella, who's almost 2.

(Jay-Z was the musician co-host this week.) The octogenarian's appearance earned the show its highest ratings in more than 18 months.
