Last night, Bachelor star Jake Pavelka and Chelsie Hightower were eliminated from Dancing With the Stars, and as you can see in the video clip, Pavelka and his fiance Vienna Girardi took the news really, really hard.

During his farewell speech, Pavelka blubbered to his partner: "Thank you so much, Chelsie. You're one of my best friends. I have loved every second of this. I love you. Thanks for being so great to my beautiful fiancee, Vienna."

But, according to US Weekly, immediately after this outpouring of emotion, he left Hightower and instead went over to Giardi; the two hugged and looked generally miserable.

I don't get it -- is that any way to treat your so-called "best friend"?

Were you glad to see Jake go? Were you surprised he took the news so hard?
