Texts From Subway Spokesperson Jared Fogle Suggest He Paid for Sex With Young Girl

jared fogleLongtime Subway spokesperson and champion of weight loss Jared Fogle may be facing some serious charges against him as the child pornography case against his foundation's executive director also deepens. There are graphic and detailed text messages that have been subpoenaed by the FBI that allege Fogle paid for sex with a 16-year-old girl.

Fogle is currently married and has children. The vile news comes after a child pornography sting put Fogle's name on investigators' radar. Russell Taylor, the executive director of the Jared Foundation, Fogle's childhood obesity–fighting charity, was arrested after being found with over 400 child pornography videos in his home. Fogle's home was searched, too, though charges have yet to be filed. But these latest details are very concerning.

An affidavit revealed that in May of 2008 (when he was going through a divorce from his first wife), Fogle was texting with a former female Subway franchisee asking to meet her underage cousin. It is believed they were in a relationship together. The texts reportedly say at different times/days: "When can we find a time for me to talk to your cousin?" "Any more news with your cousin?" "Tell me what u think about when u think of the three of us all together???"

There were also reportedly texts from Fogle that said, "How young would you like? ... Would you want to have an adventure like that?"

The woman also alleges that Fogle wanted her to advertise on Craigslist that she would have sex with other men for $500. He wanted to watch. The text from her to Fogle said, "Is this the same website you found that 16 year old girl you that you f*****? ... I still can't believe you only paid $100 for her." The reported response from Fogle was: "It was amazing!!!!"

The woman began to feel uncomfortable because of Fogle's demands and she hired a lawyer. This was in 2008 and it was all documented. Nothing came of this ... until now.

Fogle lives in Indiana, where the age of consent is 16 years old. Paying for sex, however, is not legal. These actions, if true, are beyond awful. This case is getting more and more dark and disturbing.
