Angelina Jolie Lookalike Gets No Prison Time for Raping & Stabbing Man

Angelina JolieA woman who bears a resemblance to Angelina Jolie -- if you were looking at Angelina through a haze of illegal drugs -- has been given a four-year suspended sentence for raping a cab driver and stabbing him with a knife. Luminita Perijoc, who lives in Romania, has the same long, dark locks, blue-green eyes, and puffy lips as Angelina does. And she reportedly does whatever she can to be like her. Except for this!!

When married cabbie Nicolae Stan showed up with some bags that Perijoc had ordered delivered to her home, she reportedly demanded sex with him. The father of three says he refused and that's when she brought out the knife.

He reportedly had sex with her twice but wasn't able to manage a third time, and that's when Perijoc repeatedly stabbed him. He managed to escape and lock himself in a bedroom and call police. He says he didn't want to overpower her for fear that police would assume he had been the aggressor.

Perijoc was found guilty but given only a suspended sentence because she claimed she was on "medication" at the time. Now poor Stan says he's laughed at because people can't understand how he would refuse. He told The Mirror:

It is terrible. I am now a local celebrity, everyone is talking about me. They don't understand why I refused her, but they do not know what it is like to have a mad woman yelling at you at knife point. They look at her, then look at me and laugh. But I think anyone would find it impossible to perform with a knife at their throat even if they were with Miss Romania.

First this man was raped twice and then stabbed six times and the perpetrator gets only four years -- and then she doesn't even get THAT because the sentence is suspended because she claims she was on medication.

Then the poor man is punished again as people treat him as a laughingstock -- that a real man wouldn't ever turn down sex with a beautiful woman. This is just so wrong on so many levels. Granted, this all happened in Romania, but I have a feeling things wouldn't have turned out that much different here in the U.S.

There is still a misconception that men are walking erections who want sex 24/7 from anyone, anywhere, and that they can't be "forced" into sexual activities. This is not true. A recent survey showed that 18 percent of men say they've been forcibly coerced into sex.

But then to be humiliated with taunts about their manhood afterward is terrible.

Do you think this sentence was unfair?
