Disney Workers Among Those Busted in Underage Child Sex Sting

These child sex undercover sting operations are always so mind-boggling not only for the sheer number of men caught up in them (and yes, it is primarily men), but for how the suspects' identities run the gamut. It seems there is no demographic or type of worker that is totally immune from child molesters infiltrating their ranks. A recent sting operation in Clermont, Florida nabbed three Disney World workers, a National Guardsman, and a paramedic among the 23 arrested alleged sex predators.

The men were arrested at a vacant house, where they had gone thinking they would meet children as young as 13 to have sex with. The men reportedly brought items with them such as whipped cream-flavored vodka, a Happy Meal, and marijuana. They were all lured there by police officers pretending to be kids online.

Three arrested, Robert Kingsolver, 49, Patrick Holgerson, 32, and Joel Torres, 32, are reportedly employees at Disney World, though it is unknown what their jobs are and if they work directly with children. Even if not, it's pretty scary, given that simply by way of being associated with Disney World, they would have easy access to kids and have an easier time gaining parents' trust.

Reportedly, the three have been placed on unpaid leave.

One suspect told police that he had also arranged to meet a 7-year-old in another county. Police tracked down the child and managed to save her from her mother, who was allegedly pimping her out and abusing her.

Said the sheriff who oversaw the sting operation: "They never learn."

Indeed it does not seem they do. Some men have a fixation with young children and they're going to do whatever they can to satisfy that fixation, no matter if they know they could ruin their lives doing it.

But at least there were no real children harmed in this sting, and these men will be off the streets, at least for the time being, and one 7-year-old girl was saved from a horrible life.

Does it surprise you what types of men are rounded up during these sting operations?
