Mom of Accused Teen Cyber Bully Arrested for Her Own Bullying Ways (VIDEO)

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Is that the fault of the apple or the tree? Okay, I'm not talking about fruit. I'm talking about mothers and daughters. Specifically, Vivian Vosburg and her stepdaughter, 14-year-old Guadalupe Shaw. Shaw was arrested for being one of a gang of cyberbullies who allegedly hounded 12-year-old Rebecca Sedwick until she leapt to her death from a tower at a concrete plant. Shaw reportedly then wrote on her Facebook page: "Yes ik [I know] I bullied REBECCA nd she killed her self but IDGAF [I don't give a f**k]." Her parents then claimed that she never wrote that post and her account was hacked. But judging by how Shaw's stepmom (who identified herself in the media as Shaw's "mother" but is reportedly her stepmom) allegedly acts, you begin to get a sense of where Shaw learned her behavior.

Vosburg's stepdaughter, Shaw, and her 12-year-old pal, Katelyn Roman, have been charged with aggravated stalking in connection with the death of Rebecca. Vosburg has also been heavily criticized for allowing her stepdaughter to continue posting to Facebook after Rebecca's death, and defending her.

Now a video has emerged of a woman who police say is Vosburg getting in the middle of a fight between two children, punching them and screaming obscenities. She's been charged with two counts of child abuse and four counts of child neglect.

In the video that reportedly posted on Facebook in July, Vosburg is seen in a room with several juveniles between the ages of nine and 14-years-old. Two of the boys are fighting while the others watch. Vosburg gets in the middle of the fight, punching and swearing.

All of this really makes you wonder how much Shaw was responsible for her actions -- or whether her stepmother was. As Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said about the stepmother and the video:

This clearly indicates to us that this appears to be a normal way of life. They're laughing and cussing and throwing the F bomb around. Then they're posting that conduct for all to see.

The children were apparently not related to Vosburg but she "had access" to them. And she had plenty of access to Shaw -- who seems to have taken after her in her bullying ways. Children learn from what they see and encounter in their parents.

Does this make you rethink what Shaw allegedly did? Are kids who grow up in a culture of violence doomed to imitate their parents?
