One of the best things about our favorite reality television shows is that there are some pretty adorable kids involved. When a reality show lasts for many years, fans and audiences get the pleasure of watching the kids grow up and become adults -- and who doesn't love that? A franchise like The Real Housewives has had many seasons and many city spin-offs that allow fans to obsess over a lot of different families. And just because the show might end or the family might leave doesn't mean fans don't still care about what they've been up to. Thanks to social media, we've been able to stay connected with some of our favorites from the show.

From Atlanta to New York, Beverly Hills to New Jersey -- and other places -- these ladies have raised some pretty adorable kiddos, and we want to know what they've been doing since gracing our TV screens. Some have remained in the spotlight (like the Hadid sisters), and others have either gone into business for themselves or gone pretty low-key. Some have even started their own families, and it's hard to believe that they were kids themselves a few years ago!

Every once in a while, we'll get an update either through Instagram or by a red carpet appearance, and we can't help but be taken back to when we first met them on the beloved reality TV show.

So, for the ultimate throwback, here are what the kids of The Real Housewives look like then vs. now. We had completely forgotten about some of these kids!

  • Gia, Gabrella, Milania & Audriana Guidice: Then

Mom Teresa Guidice joined The Real Housewives of New Jersey in 2009, when eldest daughter, Gia, was just 8. Teresa since went on to add to her family -- raising four daughters -- who undoubtedly won the hearts of fans with their spunk and crazy over-the-top outfits.

  • Gia, Gabrella, Milania & Audriana Guidice: Now

Now, the girls are all grown up and are currently dealing with the aftermath of their father's 41-month prison sentence and likely deportation. Gia turned 18 in early 2019 and is headed straight for college in the fall. Milania had a different life path and is gearing up her rap career.

  • Riley Burruss: Then

Kandi Burruss of The Real Housewives of Atlanta joined the show in its second season in 2009 with her shy and reserved daughter, Riley. In the last decade, this Burruss girl has really blossomed into a great young woman.

  • Riley Burruss: Now

In June 2018, Kandi revealed that her daughter lost 52 pounds, which is pretty amazing! Riley also loves to show off her vocal talent on YouTube and is becoming quite the fashionista.

    We'll be sure to subscribe!

  • Brielle Biermann: Then

Another star from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, started on the show from its beginning in 2008 with daughters Brielle and Ariana. We all saw her battle those pesky pre-teen years and are definitely not envious in the slightest.

  • Brielle Biermann: Now

Brielle doesn't quite look the same now as she's open about having gotten lip injections. A star on her mom's reality spin-off, Don't Be Tardy, Brielle has also gotten into the Instagram influencer game.

    (Honestly, who hasn't.)

  • Avery Singer: Then

Real Housewives of New York City original Ramona Singer has been on the Big Apple series since January 2008. We were introduced to her daughter, Avery, when she was into sleepovers and hanging out with her friends.

  • Avery Singer: Now

Gone are Avery's pre-teen and teen days. The 23-year-old is now an independent woman who graduated from the University of Virginia in 2017.

    (Yeah, we're getting old.)
  • Ally Shapiro: Then

Also appearing on RHONY was Ally Shapiro, Jill Zarin's daughter. Ally captured fans' hearts with her struggle to lose some weight during the first season of the show. She also got real about her battle with juvenile arthritis that had us rooting for the tween during her time on the show.

  • Ally Shapiro: Now

Ally is still capturing hearts today -- on TV no doubt! She was in an episode of Millionaire Matchmaker after graduating from Vanderbilt University in 2014. Studying photography and film, Ally went on to pursue a master's in contemporary art at Sotheby's Institute of Art and continues to navigate the art world.

  • Albie, Lauren & Chris Manzo: Then

And we're back to New Jersey with the Manzo family! The Manzo kids -- Albie, Lauren, and Christopher -- were first on the show in May 2009 when Lauren had just turned 21. Many of us fell in love with Caroline's bunch as they seemed to have their heads on straight and kept out of a ton of trouble.

  • Albie, Lauren & Chris Manzo: Now

Lauren married Vito Scalia in 2015, welcoming her first child two years later. Albie and Chris got their own online spin-off series called Boys to Manzo that aired for one season in 2011. Since then, the boys have tried their hands at getting into the business by launching BLK water, with Albie recently revealing a new project, Bloom & Birch, that provides "real roses that last over a year without any water or sunlight."

  • Christine & Jillian Staub: Then

Still in the great state of New Jersey, Danielle Staub had no problem showing off her fame-seeking daughters, Christine and Jillian. Christine once had a contract with IMG Models, while Jillian had her hopes set on becoming a pop star (of course).

  • Christine and Jillian Staub: Now

Christine goes to school at Monmouth University and still has hopes of continuing her modeling career, and everyone can follow Jillian's food Instagram (@bakedwithsweetness) that she started in 2018. Seriously, Jillian is a pretty talented baker.

  • Ashlee Holmes: Then

Jacqueline Laurita's daughter, Ashlee, became something of a RHONJ legend after getting involved in the epic fight between her mom and costar Danielle Staub. She was 19 at the time, and had no problem yanking Danielle's hair extensions.

    (Yes, really.)

  • Ashlee Holmes: Now

Ashlee has since mellowed a little bit ... OK a lot. She now lives in Los Angeles where she works as a makeup artist. She and her husband, Pete Malleo, welcomed their first child, son Cameron Hendrix Malleo, in 2016.
  • Colton, Shane & Kara Keough: Now

We're taking it back to Orange County with Jeanna Keough and her three kids -- Colton, Shane, and Kara -- who were teenagers when the first season aired in 2006. Like all teens, they fought with each other, which created anything but a dull moment.

  • Colton, Shane & Kara Keough: Now

Both brothers ended up playing minor-league baseball, but Shane left that world of sports to pursue a career in real estate. Kara married former football player Kylie Bosworth in 2014, and the two share a child together.

  • Portia Umansky: Then

The youngest of Kyle Richards's daughters, Portia, has been a fan favorite on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since 2010. She was just 2 at the time, and has really flourished in the gaze of reality TV.

  • Portia Umansky: Now

Portia is still just a little tot -- she's 11 -- and of course, she's still giving her mom some of that famous sass. She's also upgraded her style a little bit, all thanks to her famous mommy, we're sure.

  • Gigi & Bella Hadid: Then

Oh, the Hadid girls. These ladies might be the most famous Housewives kiddos, and it's all thanks to their mom, Yolanda Foster, who started The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2012. Back then, Gigi already had her eye on a modeling career, while Bella had her sights set on college.

And now, as well all know, the two are both successful supermodels. They've walked in just about every runway and been on the cover of just about every magazine in the last few years. Not to mention, they've been dating some of the world's most famous superstars, too -- well Bella and The Weeknd as Gigi and Zayn Malik broke up ... again.
