Looks like someone's home for the holidays! Collin Gosselin appears to be back at home and just as happy as he wants to be. Dad Jon Gosselin shared a holiday-inspired family photo after outlets reported he's fighting for full custody of his 14-year-old son.

"Found our tree ... let the holidays begin!!!!" Jon Gosselin wrote in his Instagram post.
In addition to Collin and Hannah Gosselin, Jon and his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, have Cara and Madelyn, 18, and Aaden, Leah, Alexis, and Joel, 14.

It's been a couple years since Kate sent Collin away to a facility to receive treatment for his undisclosed special needs. Fans of the once reality star family have been wondering when he's coming home as Kate hasn't shared photos of him for some time.

Us Weekly notes Jon filed the necessary paperwork to seek custody of Collin on October 24, stating "it would be in Collin's best interest to live with his father upon his release from an inpatient program for children with special needs."
Jon currently has custody of Hannah that Kate tried to contest with no success.
