"You can't eat deli meat when you're pregnant unless you zap it in the microwave," she said, since it allegedly carries harmful bacteria if not heated up. "So I just zap the heck out of turkey almost every day."
Definitely double-check with a doctor to get the OK on this.

Catherine Lowe's Shopping Hack

Though husband Sean Lowe has a pretty genius solution for parenting (just wedge the kid in the couch, duh), his Bachelor wife, Catherine Lowe, had the pregnancy thing on lock when she was expecting their second son, Isaiah.

She bought multi-use products that made life easier while expecting -- including a "kangaroo pouch" shirt that definitely make life with a bun in the oven easier. "... It's not an attachment, it's a tank top that you wear as a carrier," the reality star mom once confessed about her favorite item for expectant moms. "You can breastfeed in it, and it's great for travel because you don't have to pack it. You just wear it! They're super comfortable."

Katherine Heigl's Indigestion Hack

Indigestion can truly be a mother, and Katherine Heigl found solace in a common pantry item that helped her with stomach discomfort. "I've joked about how much I belch in the past but those first eight weeks were totally out of control," she once wrote on her blog, Those Heavenly Days, about combating indigestion while pregnant.

"I was desperate for a solution and to not feel like my stomach was going to explode after every meal. I found a lot of home remedies online that included apple cider vinegar so I figured I'd give it a shot. Well I'm glad I did cause it works like a charm. I started out putting 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice into 8 ounces of warm water every morning before I would eat. I know it sounds a bit counter intuitive to drink baking soda but it would force all the air out of my gut (I won’t lie those baking soda burps were pretty impressive) and calm my stomach."
