Coco likely wasn't trying to throw shade in any way at children who have Down syndrome. Given all the negative comments she's received about her precious girl's looks, she probably had enough and wanted to be done with Internet's witch hunt.

You can even argue the person who asked Coco such a question wasn't trying be evil, but let her curiosity get the best of her manners. Still, it probably would've been better to shoot a DM, though whether or not Chanel has Down syndrome is none of our business. She's precious either way.
