Catch Me If You Can part two? Dean McDermott is reportedly dodging process servers trying to issue the dad-of-six court documents for an upcoming appearance in front of a judge -- amid claims he's skipped out on paying ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace child support. Talk about crazy!

  • Dean's ex-wife filed a court order of contempt in October, stating he owes her over $100,000 in child support for their 19-year-old son Jack.

"In the last six weeks he has been on two luxurious vacations, Iceland & the four seasons in Punta Mita," Mary Jo Eustace alleges in the court documentsUs Weekly reports. "He resides in a $2 million estate paid by his mother-in-law, Candy Spelling, and has no impetus to work. He owes over $100,000 moving forward, and I believe he has no intention of paying. He bounces my son's university rent/tuition and is delinquent in paying therapist bills, while he shops visibly and throws lavish parties for his other five children."

Dean and Mary Jo were married for 13 years before splitting in 2006 after Dean had an affair with Tori Spelling, who also happened to be married at the time. (Tori and Dean left their spouses that same year to tie the knot.) In addition to his 19-year-old son Jack with Mary Jo, Dean has five children with ToriLiam, 10; Stella, 9; Hattie, 6; Finn, 5; and Beau, 8 months.

"I was forced to return to court because the payments stopped," the mom continued in her exclusive interview, where she revealed Dean faced multiple counts of contempt and jail time back in March before the two came to an agreement.  "I made it very clear when I went to court the first time and I was quite lenient. I want to be clear -- I signed off on three years of child support that my ex-husband did not have to pay. I cut him a break on that and covered everything."

    She went on:

"I definitely extended an olive branch to try to work it out for my son and for everybody. The agreement that we came to was that Dean was going to be on time with his payments. Right before we went in front of the judge, my ex-husband crossed over and said: 'If we agree to this, you can never speak out or say anything about this.'

".... Now that we are going back to court for a second time for contempt of court, it's jail time. People say, do you want him to go to jail? It's not the intent behind this. It's just to get him to honor his commitment. I'm disgusted and I'm humiliated. So many women go through this situation where they can't get their child support and it profoundly affects their lives. So I was really strong about it and I just kept heading back into the courtroom."

  • With a reported November 16 court date on the books, Dean is allegedly "dodging" process servers -- possibly speeding off on his motorcycle.

"Dean was on his motorcycle, but I lost him in Topanga," a witness asserted to RadarOnline.com, referring to a neighborhood in Los Angeles. "He as weaving in and out of traffic and looking over his shoulder."

    (Yikes.)

Page Six reports Mary Jo Eustace "made three attempts so far" to serve Dean his court papers, with "sources" close to the celeb dad claiming he just recently found out about his potential court battle. "Maybe they [should] get someone who is better at serving legal documents," an insider alleges Dean said in reponse.

  • One can only hope things take a turn for the better, especially since possible jail time is being reported.

This is getting way too messy.
