Heidi Montag's Alcoholic Freak-Out Proves a New Mom's First Postpartum Glass of Wine Can Be 'Stressful'
New moms have been known to freak out about what some would consider to be the simplest of things. And, honestly, it's pretty much expected. Heidi (Montag) Pratt documented her first postpartum glass of wine on Instagram that took at turn down worryville lane real fast and is way too relatable.
The "Hills" alum took to Instagram Stories to share her new mom milestone: her first glass of wine since giving birth.
Heidi and Spencer welcomed their first child together, a baby boy named Gunner Stone, on October 1.

"I'm about to have my first sip of wine in 10 months. I'm really nervous," she says in her Instagram Stories video. "Ahh! I don't know, should I do it?"
"Cheers, Spence," the new mom mentions in another Instagram Stories video. "Thanks for being on dad duty so I can enjoy this nice glass of wine."
"You deserve it," Spencer responds in Heidi's video. Sweet.

Like many new breastfeeding moms, Heidi felt a bit uneasy about drinking alcohol and harnessed the powers of Google when she stressed herself out.
"My first glass of wine was fun and stressful," the 31-year-old admits. "I was Googling everything. I was like 'Oh my gosh, how long until I can drink this?' So it took away the fun of the wine ... it was stressful."

She also freaked out about Gunner using a bottle, which Heidi admittedly says made her a "little jealous" of Spencer.
"Gunner had his first bottle, so there was just a lot going on," she admits in one of her Instagram Stories videos. "And, um, I don't think I'll be doing it again, though ... 'cause I was a little jealous when Spencer was feeding him [and not me]," she adds.
People might not want to admit it, but you aren't alone, girl.

You'll be fine, Heidi. It just takes some time to get comfortable -- so don't give up.
"I mean, I'll do it again, but just not like every day," Heidi admits.
Baby steps, Heidi. Baby steps.
