Every new mom can tell you, the "fourth trimester" is a very, very real thing. After the wonderment of meeting your baby wears off, a new set of fears, worries, and struggles crop up that are beyond overwhelming to deal with -- even if you're a celebrity like Little People, Big World star Audrey Roloff.

  • The mom of 2-week-old baby Ember opened up about her own struggles in an emotional Instagram post.

"I was well prepared for the pain and suffering that comes with childbirth, but I was not prepared for the pain and suffering that comes afterwards," she wrote. "I got all the things ... the common 'TMI' postpartum hurts, along with severe engorgement, too much milk, not enough milk, blisters, bruises, clogged ducts, and mastitis. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the pain that I've experienced while breast feeding has been comparable to unmedicated labor contractions. Inevitably, all of this has left me feeling like I am failing my baby, frustrated, discouraged, and heart ached."

But luckily the reality star is far from alone.

Audrey recently shouted out Tori on her Instagram Stories with a photo of the homemade lacation cookies that the other Mrs. Roloff made for her, which are meant to help new moms stimulate milk production. She also noted that Tori has been a huge source of support.

Tori also has never held back when it comes to the realities of motherhood, opening up about the struggles of breastfeeding and making peace with her postpartum body.

  • Ladies, we're all in this together.
