In case you haven't heard the good news, actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan and wife Hillarie Burton are expecting their second child, which could be an indicator that Morgan and all his attractive glory on The Walking Dead last season was a big hit at home (wink, wink).

  • The 51-year-old announced his and his wife's baby news at the 2017 Emmys with a cute bump embrace.

The couple, who said "I do" back in 2014, are proud parents to their 7-year-old son Augustus ("Gus").

  • And as exciting as it is to envision this dreamy man becoming a dad again, there are 11 reasons why the thought is terrifying.

If you haven't been keeping up with Jeffrey's character, Negan, on The Walking Dead, you are truly missing out on your best life.

You'll never look at bats and barbed wire the same again.

  • 11.) Moms simply aren't ready to see this beautiful face roll up to the school drop-off line a second time around.

The utter sound of Jeffrey's voice puts you in an inescapable trance that makes run-ins awkward AF.

  • 10.) Seeing JDM participate in school Halloween parades will cause car accidents and possible heart failure.

Channing Tatum is no longer the hottest dad in a costume.

  • 9.) Parent-teacher conferences become extra creepy.

In the back of your mind, you'll likely wonder if Jeffrey's smile is genuine or a sign that something terrible is about to happen.

  • 8.) Children's stories will sound extra sinister.

You might want to keep this in mind should your kids ever want to sleep over at their friend Gus's house -- or if you want Jeffrey to read a book in class.

  • 7.) His kids will have cooler "Show & Tell" stories that you simply cannot compete with.

"Mommy, Gus brought a zombie to school."

    ... Thanks, Jeff.

  • 6.) He's mastered the art of charm that could leave you saying yes to more PTA events in need of volunteers.

  • 5.) We'll totally lose our sh*t if he names his kid Lucille.

  • 4.) The thought of Jeffrey using "eeny, meeny, miny, moe" to decide which of his kids does the dishes could require therapy down the road.

  • 3.) A little bit of Negan might accidentally slip out at the next playdate or parent outing.

  • 2.) You'll always wonder if one of J's kids will have a Lucille moment should they decide to take up baseball.

  • 1.) Because he's a narcissistic sociopath on "TWD," and we still love him anyway.

There's always a gray area, right? Don't judge us.

  • All jokes aside, we're happy for Jeffrey and his wife.
