We can only imagine how Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her family are coping after the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star's 4-year-old son Kash suffered "traumatic injuries" from a dog bite that resulted in a trip to the hospital and hours in the operating room. (Yikes!) Thankfully, little Kash is doing just fine now -- and that's allowed his family to breathe a huge sigh of relief and reflect on what matters most: each other. Zolciak-Biermann's latest Instagram post honors her husband Kroy, whom the reality star can't thank enough for being her partner during such a horrifying time.

The 38-year-old mother of six (Kim has daughters Brielle, 20, and Ariana, 15, from a previous relationship, and Kroy Jr., 5, Kash, 4, and twins Kaia and Kane, 3, with Kroy) took to social media to share a photo of husband Kroy with their son Kash shortly after the 4-year-old's surgery.

"I don't know what I would do without you @kroybiermann," the Don't Be Tardy star wrote on Instagram.

Aww.

"He woke up looking for his daddy," she continued. "We left our house in such a hurry Kroy had no shoes on and I literally was half naked w/ deep conditioner in my hair ... Those were the least of our worries."

I'm so happy that little Kash is doing better -- and that Kim had a source of strength in her husband. From watching these two on reality television, it seems they have a strong bond and would do anything for each other. With two little ones of my own (my boys are 3 and almost 2), I can only imagine the emotional wreck I would be if I was in a similar situation ... and how thankful I would be for my husband, who would help me keep it together.

What happened to Kash is beyond scary (it could happen to anyone!). I'm so, so thankful he's doing better!
