New parents are bound to celebrate any and all of their baby's milestones. It's something that's ingrained in our DNA once we become a mom or dad that makes the parenting journey all the more precious and a bit annoying for our friends without kids. (Sorry, not sorry for the overshares!) Chrissy Teigen's video celebrating Luna's four-month "birthday" is so lovable -- and something all of us are guilty of doing.

Go right ahead, Chriss. Who cares about following birthday rules?

Baby Luna looks unfazed as mama Chrissy tells her, "Happy birthday." Even though this legend of a daughter (no, really -- her dad is singer John Legend) is now only a quarter year old, that doesn't mean we can't celebrate ... right?

Seeing cheeks like that, I would have no problem singing happy birthday 24/7.

So cute!

I have to admit that I am guilty of celebrating monthly birthdays, too. And while I didn't dress up my kiddos in those special onesies that commemorate each month, I did have fun with a special "photo shoot."

(It's amazing what you can do with a bed sheet, some natural lighting, a few props, and a good camera phone.)

Babies are notorious for changing at the drop of a hat. It's an awesome idea to capture their moments throughout the months as they'll only get bigger.

This way, you'll have endless amounts of photos and videos to look back on ... as you cry to the point of migraines when they get older and leave you.

Okay, a touch dramatic, but you get the idea.
