Kelly Clarkson Writes Children's Book Inspired by Her 19-Month-Old

Kelly Clarkson announces upcoming children's book,

Kelly Clarkson has given us our life with her music -- and songs like "Miss Independent," "Stronger," and "Because of You." Now it looks like the 33-year-old wife and mom can add a new title to her list of accolades: published author. Hitting bookshelves this fall is Kelly Clarkson's first children's bookRiver Rose and the Magical Lullaby. And in case you're wondering, it's about Kelly's 19-month-old daughter, River.

Taking to social media, the expectant mom (Kelly and her husband Brandon Blackstock are expecting a baby boy) shared the good news on Twitter, and also gave us a little peek at the illustration.

It's pretty cute!

Those interested in River Rose and the Magical Lullaby can pre-order the book online now. It will officially be available on October 4, 2016.

I love how Kelly felt inspired to pen the wonderful journeys she takes with her daughter, River Rose. And even if other little boys and girls aren't able to add stamps to their passports with travels, they'll have access to an adventure -- and a sweet lullaby from Kelly Clarkson.

This looks like a fun read kids will enjoy. And also, what a treat it is to have a mother pen a book about her child. That's a beautiful memory little River will be able to share with her own children some day.

So precious!
