More from The Stir: Mark Zuckerberg's Pic With Daughter Max Is Beyond Adorable (PHOTO)

Is this changing Facebook forever? The cool(ish) CEO of our favorite social network on diaper duty? He even captioned it like any new parent would: "One more down, thousands to go."

I can't help but think of my own Facebook friends and one in particular who seems to take issue whenever he sees something parenting-related. He comes across as a baby-hater, someone who thinks less of people once they have kids and post pics of them on their Facebook accounts. He even once posted a mini-tirade about how he thinks it's dumb when parents have photos of their kids as their profile pics. I'm not sure what his problem is, but it stuck with me -- as a parent who has had a photo of my kids as my profile pic.

When I saw Zuckerberg cooing over his adorable baby on the diaper changing table, I immediately thought that this photo would be hated by that "friend." He'd want the "dislike" button.

Yes, even the cool people get older and some of them have kids and share pics of them doing everything from eating sweet potatoes for the first time to graduating pre-K. And so on and so on until those kids get older and get their own Facebook accounts, which opens up a whole other world. As the millennials are getting older, some are having babies, and those late-night selfies during a night out may change to late-night selfies during a 2 a.m. diaper change. No matter what, I love it all. It's life and lovely in all the phases we go through.

I hope my friend sees this photo of Zuckerberg and it warms his cold, cold heart. We can expect much more from this new dad -- his paternity leave goes until February, but as parents know ... the photo posting won't end then.
