Tamera Mowry-Housley's Post-C-Section Fitness Plan Is So Un-Hollywood

One celebrity you won't see boasting how she lost all her baby weight in three days is Tamera Mowry-Housley. The Real cohost and mom of two gave birth to her now-3-month-old daughter, and Tamera has decided to start her post-baby fitness endeavors.

Flaunting a makeup-free face, white cap, and "Yasss Hunni" shirt by Real Housewives of Atlanta alum NeNe Leakes (I might need to get one. That's cute!), Tamera took a quick selfie before her workout.

As you'll see (or read, I guess), she's focused on losing weight, but isn't pressed to do so. Bravo, Tamera, for making the choice to wait until your body felt ready after your C-section, and, more importantly, for using time to bond with your sweet daughter, Ariah Talea (she and husband Adam Housley also have a super-cute toddler named Aden).

I think it's important for moms to take as much pressure off their shoulders as possible. Yes, fitness is important (don't forget healthy eating too), but don't lose sight of what's most important (that would be your child) for the sake of bragging rights, or trying to keep up with some celebrity -- who likely had an expensive team to help her reach her goals.

Now if you lived in the gym prior to and even during your pregnancy, that's a little different (I was at mine so much, I almost forwarded my mail. Kidding...), but please don't feel like you need to get down to some size withing a particular time frame.

It's okay to stop and smell the roses, or, in this case, a poopy diaper.
