Jessa Duggar Lifts Weights While Pregnant: Should We Be Worried? (PHOTOS)

In spite of being pregnant, Jessa Duggar stays in shape lifting weights! And not just some tiny 5-pound barbells, either. According to some recent photos she posted on Instagram, she's hefting some heavy stuff!

Captioned "Gym time with my man!", the photos show Jessa doing bicep curls while her husband, Ben Seewald, bench pressing an equally impressive amount in the background.

And overall, I thoroughly approve: I think that in general, the whole idea that pregnant women should "take it easy" is nonsense. When I got pregnant I gave myself a nine-month pass to kick back and "let myself go," and I regret it.

Also research shows that exercise is safe during pregnancy, and concerns that you'll "hurt the baby" are usually unfounded. If a pregnant woman wants to work out she will be happier for it ... and have some pretty killer biceps that are all the better to lift baby with!
