Kim Zolciak-Biermann Shows Off Pic of Her Daughter Dancing 'Better Than Her' (PHOTO)

Kim Zolciak-Biermann's debut on Dancing with the Stars may not have scored many points with the judges, but she scored plenty of points with her fans on Instagram when Zolciak-Biermann joked that her daughter dances better than she does.

Zolciak-Bierrman, 37, who hails from Real Housewives of Atlanta,
scored a measly 12 out of 30 points on the premier of Dancing with the Stars. The reason? Judges felt she was holding back.

But apparently her daughter Kaia has no such problem, as was evidenced by this Instagram pic of the 20-month-old doing a near split in their Atlanta home.

It's such a sweet reminder that adults can do many things better than kids, from algebra to open heart surgery. Yet when it comes to self-expression, kids really do have the edge.

Why is this? Maybe it's because they're too young to feel self-conscious. And since they have no preconceived notions of the "right" way to dance, they can break out their own spanking-original moves. And oh yeah, all their boundless energy doesn't hurt, either!

I also love how kids don't judge how other people dance, no matter how bad. This is especially gratifying for me since I've always felt self-conscious dancing, and therefore have avoided it for most of my  life.

Yet when my 5-year-old starts bouncing around to Katy Perry and begs me to join in, I say "What's the big deal?" and dance along with her. And I have to say: Dancing is fun!
