Hilaria Baldwin Shares How She Lost Close to 20 Pounds in 10 Days After Childbirth (PHOTO)

I hear they're making a sequel to How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, but only this time, it won't star Kate Hudson -- or have anything to do with the original for that matter. Hilaria Baldwin is sharing how she lost her baby weight after giving birth to her second child, Rafael, almost three months ago.

The mother of two (she and Alec Baldwin also have a 2-year-old daughter named Carmen) recently shared her diary of fitness and food to Cosmopolitan that includes a breakdown of her day -- right down to the workout and coconut water she drank.

As you can see from Hilaria's Instagram, she has no problem sharing post-baby snaps, like this one that will make you stare in amazement.

As you can see, clean eating and staying active can really help when it comes to that post-pregnancy snapback. Obviously Hilaria has a fitness background (in case you couldn't tell, she's a yoga instructor), which not only helped her in the weight department throughout her pregnancy, but made her postpartum efforts easier to realize.

I myself am a self-professed gym rat who enjoyed everything from running to lifting weights throughout both of my pregnancies. While it did help with labor, I find that this time around (I have a 3-month-old), the weight (I gained about 23 pounds) wasn't super easy to shed. Then again, I wasn't in a mad dash to rid myself of it. I'll admit I didn't eat clean (unless you're talking about licking my plate clean after yummy goodness), but I did have the opportunity to start working out early. Things are a bit curvier, but I embrace the fact I can move, and don't focus on the scale.

Everyone's body reacts differently to pregnancies. What works for one person is not guaranteed to be a one-size-fits-all kind of situation. I think Hilaria looks great and seems dedicated to staying healthy. As long as you're happy and your baby is doing great, who cares if you shed one, three, or fifteen pounds in a span of time? Should it be important to you, just know that hard work will eventually pay off.
