Kate Middleton Finally Reveals Her Due Date

We knew the next royal baby was coming soon, but this morning Kate narrowed down that time frame a bit. The Duchess of Cambridge has announced her due date, letting us know Prince George will have a sibling in mid to late April.

The news came out during a charity event for the Brookhill Children's Centre in Woolwich. One of the volunteers asked Kate about her due date, and she actually gave an answer ... though she predictably (and sadly) left out details about the baby's gender and name.

But yay, Kate! We're happy to hear that everyone's healthy and doing well. We thought that yesterday was going to be her last public appearance before the baby was born, but we're excited we got one last glimpse of her maternity style today. And we're even more excited that we got some last-minuted deets on the due date to help us through Month Nine anxiety.

More from The StirKate Middleton's Second Birth Already Sounds Scary

Rumors have been flying for months about whether George will get a little brother or sister. People have been taking everything from the color of Kate's coats to her and William's geneology as big clues. But the royal couple didn't do a gender reveal before they had George, so it's starting to feel like we're just going to have to wait until April to find out for sure.

But whether a prince or a princess, Kate's baby will be fourth in line for the throne behind Prince Charles, Prince William, and Prince George ... which makes this birth pretty important. We're wishing lots of luck to Kate, and can't wait to see the baby soon!

How excited are you for the arrival of Kate's baby?
