Kate Gosselin Accused of Treating One Kid Worse Than the Others

Yikes. As far as rumors go, this is a pretty bad one. A new report has emerged, saying that Child Protective Services were called on Kate Gosselin. Radar Online is reporting that Kate was "physically and psychologically abusive to one of her 10-year-old sextuplets, Collin."

According to the website, Kate has taken to singling Collin out. Collin reportedly was kicked out of his private school for what Kate deemed "divorce anger problems" last year, and since then, it's been reported that Kate has allegedly taken to picking on him, doing things such as "giving him the worst chores, like cleaning the chicken coop at night."

A source claims that Collin's siblings see what's happening and feel like he's being treated like "an indentured servant." The oldest of the bunch -- Cara and Maddie -- reportedly have "cried to their dad about how poorly their mom treats Collin," and Jon wants to "put a stop to it."

Now, of course, this is all gossip, and who knows how much truth there is to this, but it isn't completely unheard of for mothers to single out one kid over the others. As we all know, no kid is created equal and some children tend to get the brunt of things when being scolded by their parents. Whether they're more energetic or sensitive than other kids, they tend to be in parents' crossfire more than others, and, when you think about it, it's pretty sad. If Collin was kicked out of school, clearly, the divorce and everything that's going on with his parents is affecting him more than the others. What he needs is extra love, not extra chores.

Hopefully, this is more gossip than anything else and poor Collin isn't being singled out by his mother. And, if he is, maybe it's a good thing that CPS was called. No little kid deserves to be abused in any way ever, regardless of their behavior.
