Angelina Jolie Reveals Her Kids Wrote Her Wedding Vows

angelina jolie vanity fairIt's been two months since Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt tied the knot, but we're still learning more and more details about how the entire family-focused event went about. And like we suspected, the kids were totally the priority and were involved in every last detail. In the latest issue of Vanity Fair, Jolie even reveals that the kids helped write her and Pitt's wedding vows.

Impressively enough, the kids had some surprisingly realistic expectations for Mom and Dad and made sure they got them in the ceremony:

They did not expect us never to fight, but they made us promise to always say, ‘Sorry,’ if we do. So they said, ‘Do you?’ and we said, ‘We do!’

Kudos to the Jolie-Pitts! Those are some amazingly great promises. And from kids, no less.

We know that the couple is all about their six kiddos. They were in the wedding party (Maddox and Pax walked Jolie down the aisle, Zahara and Vivienne were flower girls, and Shiloh and Knox were ring bearers), and Jolie's dress was covered in their art.

It's only fitting that they would have a say in the commitment as well.

But mostly, we're in awe over how mature the kids are. They understand that Mom and Dad will have their disagreements, but realizing that they have to apologize is seriously sensible. Major props for their vow writing skills.

What do you think of the kids' involvement in the wedding?
