What David Beckham Can Teach All Dads

David BeckhamDavid Beckham has always made me swoon. Something about those abs, those eyes, that accent ... But never have I found him as attractive as I have since his wife, Victoria Beckham, became pregnant with and delivered their fourth child, Harper Seven.

In the past year, he has been one of the most publicly proud, doting, and supportive fathers ever. If soccer doesn't work out for him down the road, he could totally start a new career as a coach for fathers-to-be. Here are four things all new dads could learn from David Beckham:

Be Excited About the Little Things: After three children, you wouldn't think a father would be that excited about giving his baby a bottle, but Beckham couldn't wait until Posh started pumping breast milk so he could have a turn

Learn to Work a Camera and Use It: Too often moms are the ones behind the lens, and then entire years in picture books leave kids later asking, "What did mom look like then?" Beckham has posted some gorgeous pictures of Victoria and Harper (the pregnancy portrait he took is especially amazing), and you can just feel his pride and love in each one.

Don't Be Afraid to Show Your Love: Not only did he tattoo his kids' names on his chest, but Becks wore a pair of pink soccer cleats with all four of his children's names inscribed on them during a game. If that's not enough to win him father of the year right there, I don't know what is.

Put Family First: The Beckhams are one celebrity couple that has managed to stay grounded even with all their fame. He told People that nothing matters more than his family.

We make sure that the most important thing to us is our family and we’re all grounded. No matter what goes on around us, no matter what situation it is, we come together as a family and we deal with it.

Excuse me while I swoon some more ...

Are you impressed with David Beckham's passion for fatherhood? What lessons do you wish all dads would learn?
