Tiger Woods Publicly Apologizes

This afternoon, Tiger Woods came forward for the first time since November, and addressed his infedelity in a press conference.

Okay, so the dude's not the best public speaker, but he did seem sincere. I almost felt sorry for him for half a second (I said almost) as he took full responsibility, and dismissed the rumor of Elin attacking him:

"There has never been a domestic violence episode in our marriage. Ever. Elin has shown enormous grace and poise throughout this ordeal. Elin deserves praise, not blame. The issue here was my repeated irresponsible behavior. I had affairs, I cheated. What I did was not acceptable and I am the only person to blame."

It really does seem like he's seen the light, going through the motions in an attempt to make amends for what he did, admitting that he's been in therapy since December, and keeping his marital issues between him and his wife. Either that or he's a really good b.s.-er.

Can a cheater change? In my personal experiences, no. But those jerks also didn't have the paparazzi on them 24/7. So who knows, maybe this will just be a bump in the road for Tiger's family. He definitely has a long road of groveling ahead of him.

Did you watch Tiger's apology? Do you believe him and think that he'll change? What would you do if you were his wife?
