Anyone who keeps up with the Roloff family knows the ups and downs this family has experienced over the last few months. From Tori Roloff and Audrey announcing baby number two is on the way for the families, to Jacob Roloff getting married to longtime love Isabel Rock, there's so much to celebrate. Sadly, matriarch Amy Roloff lost her mother back in September, the same month she got engaged to boyfriend Chris Marek. Now, Amy is opening up about the craziness that is her life at this point in time and the difficulties navigating happiness and loss.

  • Amy took to Instagram to speak out about her life and the many transitions underway that have been a lot to handle.

Amy's mom, Patricia Knight, passed away on September 30 at 86. The family has since reunited to celebrate her legacy, heading to Michigan to pay their respects and lay her to rest.

    (So sad.)

  • "A lot has happened in the last almost 3 months in my world," she reveals in her post.

"Whew! Many different emotions from happy and elated to sad and stressful," Amy Roloff continued in her Instagram post. "From my birthday, to getting engaged and going to be a grandma very soon again to my Mom passing away, her memorial service in Michigan, and the length of time, much longer than thought, it's taking to move out of the farm house to dealing with contractors in a new house."

  • "I haven't handled the collision of all these wonderful and sad emotions and life moments all at once as gracefully as I had hoped or wanted."

"That's where faith and grace showed up for me because I let it," the reality star added. "It was a lot of stuff to handle for me and I'm realizing I really don't handle stress as well as I had thought. I've learned to give myself a little more grace which allowed me to look at a new day with a better attitude and see how much I have to be grateful and thankful for and still do."

  • Through the ups and downs, Amy Roloff is keeping her faith and trying to stay happy.

"I'm a grandma, I have a little time to get to take to move into a new house, I miss my Mom a lot but the abundant memories I have of her will always be with me and those memories will help me continue to try and be my best each day," she wrote in her post.

    Amy continued:

"Faith, hope, grace and love have been what has lifted me up all my life, and did during these last few months with all of these mixed emotions and life moments. November ... with Thanksgiving coming up it's a month that reminds me how much I have to be thankful for, when life is going amazingly wonderful, just blah or stressful, I still have a lot to be thankful for ..."

  • We're crossing our fingers life gets easier.

Our hearts are with Amy and her family -- and others who lost a loved one. We hope Amy is able to find some solace in welcoming not one but two new grandbabies this year, her engagement, and moving into her new house.
