Now that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s tour of Africa is behind them, it sounds like they’re about to take some well-deserved time off. Apparently, Harry’s planning to take a sabbatical from his royal duties, and honestly, after the busy couple of years he and Meghan have had -- just getting married and having a baby, no big deal -- it’s about time he gets a break.

  • According to The Sunday Times, Harry's about to have six whole weeks off.

Starting in November and going all the way through Christmas, Harry and Meg are taking a huge break for "family time," and it sounds like they'll be splitting that between the UK and the United States ... and Archie will be traveling with them, of course.

And that means Thanksgiving will be spent with Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, which means Archie's definitely going to get in some quality time with his grandma.

After seeing Meghan's recent interviews, we're so glad to hear this. This lady deserves some downtime and to be around her family, who she probably doesn't get to see much now that she lives on an entirely different continent.

  • And although they'll reportedly still be working on their charity, it sounds like most of their time will be spent resting.

"The duke and duchess have a full schedule of engagements and commitments until mid-November, after which they will be taking some much-needed family time," a royal source confirmed.

    Sounds like heaven!

  • We're so glad to hear that they're getting a break soon -- these two work so hard.

Meanwhile, we'll be looking out for photos of Archie making a trip to the US for the first time. We have a feeling some seriously adorable moments are about to happen for that little guy -- and we love that he and his grandma are going to get to spend some bonding time together over his first Thanksgiving!
