It looks like we'll have to put another celebrity on the prayer card (we're still holding Alex Trebek close in our hearts) as she battles cancer. Recently, Olivia Newton-John revealed her cancer is back and more aggressive than ever. And as sad as this reality is, she refuses to let it get her down.

  • Olivia recently sat down with 60 Minutes Australia where she revealed her cancer has come back for a third time.

People reports the Grease star was first diagnosed in 1992, overcoming the disease again in 2013. Sadly, in May 2017, Olivia Newton-John revealed the cancer was back once again, spreading through her bones.

  • "I'm so lucky that I've been through this three times and I'm still here," she explains.

"We know we're gonna die at some point, and we don't know when it is, when you're given a cancer diagnosis or a scary honest diagnosis, you're suddenly given a possibility of a time limit," she continues.

"So every day is a gift."

  • As for hoping for a good prognosis, Olivia admits she's not focused on her life expectancy.

"If somebody tells you, you have six months to live, very possibly you will because you believe that," the 70-year-old tells 60 Minutes Australia. "So for me, psychologically, it's better not to have any idea of what they expect or what the last person that has what you have lived, so I don't, I don't tune in."

  • Still, that's not stopping Olivia from remaining hopeful assured she can beat cancer the third time around.

"I'm getting strong again, so I'm good," she declares during her interview. "I'm back to full force again."

    That's the attitude, Liv!
