Less than a week after we learned about the heartbreaking news of Beth Chapman's death, her family has given her a very sweet send-off. Over the weekend, Beth was buried in Waikiki, and from the details that are out there of her service so far, it sounds like it was the perfect celebration of her memory.

  • Beth's memorial service took place on Saturday, and her family and friends -- including Dog -- gathered to remember her on Fort DeRussy Beach.

As TMZ reported, the ceremony included Hawaiian traditions, such as a chant called an "oli," as well as paddling out into the water as prayers were being read. Duane "Dog" Chapman himself also gave a speech about what his late wife meant to him, and it seems the service was open to the public so everyone in Hawaii could come pay their respects.

The outlet also added that Beth Chapman will have another memorial service in Colorado, where she and Dog also spent time.

  • Beth passed away last week at 51 after battling cancer.

Last weekend, news broke that she'd been placed in a medically induced coma, and on Wednesday, her rep confirmed that she had passed away after fighting throat cancer since 2017.

Now, her family and friends are saying goodbye, and it's heartbreaking to think of what they must be going through right now.

  • Fans from all over are coming forward to share their condolences with Beth's family.

The reaction to Beth's passing has been incredibly sad. It seems she was loved by a lot of people, and fans are showing so much support to her family at a time when they probably need it most.

  • It's hard to believe that Beth is gone, but it's clear her friends, family, and fans will never forget her.

Because Dog's new show, Dog's Most Wanted, is still filming, Beth will make her return to TV if and when the footage they've filmed of her final weeks is aired. Until then, it seems as if the Chapmans are doing everything they can to give her the kind of memorial she would have wanted.

Our thoughts are with her family at this incredibly tough time.
